Dara, Tony, and Rachelle Wright are the newest owners of Green River Hill. Natives of Hart County and lifelong farmers, they've brought an ag-centric, small batch, southern-staples focus to the store's hot plates.
They serve specials Thursday - Saturday with breakfast available on Saturday mornings, and pintos simmering each day too.
While you're there, don't forget to check out the Junk Shop at Rio - their quirky outbuilding full of cast-offs and treasures - you'll find lots of items in the store as well - especially quilts! There are piles of them.
Open Thursday & Friday 10am-7pm, and Saturday 7am - 7pm (central).
